Deanna Valeo, Senior Loan Officer (NMLO #91421)

Deanna Valeo is one of the top-performing mortgage professionals in the country, with more than a decade of real estate and mortgage experience. She has worked for some of the nation's largest mortgage companies and banks, and has extensive background in a broad range of mortgage products and services. She is highly regarded by Realtors and borrowers alike, and has been awarded President’s Club Status for five consecutive years.

Deanna found her calling in the mortgage business when she relocated to Charlotte, NC in 1996. After her first year as a loan officer, she became the top producer in the Charlotte office of Crown Bank, specializing in A to D credit borrowers. She then transferred to Professional Home Mortgage Lenders (now Home Services), owned by Prudential Carolinas, and built a solid foundation in A Paper and government lending. At PNC Mortgage, later purchased by Washington Mutual, she was consistently the top producer, closing the most units for four consecutive years.

Earlier in her career, Deanna honed her uncommon people skills during nine years in the nursing profession, and later as a counselor and trainer with Jenny Craig Weight Loss. She was promoted to managing the largest Jenny Craig center in Reno, NV, where she increased sales by 25% year over year. Deanna holds a BA from Principia College.

Todd Croy has been a successful loan consultant with leading mortgage companies since 2000. He has worked with top real estate agents in the Charlotte market and consistently placed as a top producer.

Todd has a substantial background in finance. He specializes in working with financial advisors to align mortgage solutions with his clients’ financial strategies and create cash flow. He has demonstrated particular strength in financial counseling, and brings to the mortgage lending process a deep understanding of market influences – the complexities of which he is able to communicate clearly to borrowers, enabling them to make sound decisions regardless of their financial background. Todd began his career in corporate management, holding positions in Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago, Sacramento and Reno. He relocated to Charlotte in 1996.

Todd holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and an MBA in Finance from Winthrop University.
 

Todd and Deanna were married in 1996. They own investment properties in Charlotte, and currently reside in the Charlotte’s Dilworth neighborhood, where they are active members of the community.
